But this little Victorian town has such an event annually in May.  The Running of the Bulls on Spring St in Eureka Springs, AR begins at the Post Office and goes to Basin Park. The Running starts at noon and continues until it's finished. In Spain, the Running of the Bulls is a half mile, 830-meter event. The Eureka Springs Running of the Bulls is about the same length. It's slightly longer at just under a mile. Those arriving to watch the event can stay in the towns various lodging. There are bed and breakfasts, cabins, cottages and suites, several hotels and motels and well as a few campgrounds and RV parks. Organizers always remind spectators that safety is a priority. Went last year and had the most fun. Eureka really embraces the crowd and has a lot of arts and enertainment during the event. Saw couple oldie groups at the aud. Will be there in 2011
