Part of the charm of Chicago is its location on Lake Michigan, and the Land and River Architectural Cruise will let you see that fabulous skyline from the lake by way of a yacht.
Come explore the wonder and beauty of outer space at Adler Planetarium and Astronomy Museum.
Adler Planetarium offers interactive exhibits, presentations, and demonstrations, hands-on science challenges and learning experiences, and much more! There are daily activities, lectures, and of course, sky shows.
Though it may be hard to get a clear view of the night sky with all the bright Chicago lights, you can see it clearly when it's projected onto the dome of Adler's historic Zeiss planetarium theater. Many different shows at the Sky Theater are offered, so check the schedule to find out which ones you want to experience. 'Far Out Fridays' occur on the first Friday of each month, and include such activities as learning how to use your telescope, periodic lectures from Adler astronomers, and much more.
You can get tickets for Adler Planetarium with CityPass and the Go Chicago Card, both available through Vacations Made Easy.
