Circle E Guest Ranch in Belvidere near Chattanooga, TN
Sitting alongside 100,000 acres of uninhabited mountain land, the Circle E offers riding trails and campsites that defy description. Ray Evans keeper of the land asks that guests come by and check them out rather than read about their waterfalls, caves, creeks and seasons that perform on queue. Considered to be one of the premier trail riding spaces in the South, 600 acres or more fulfill any and all requests. Not one to rent horses, Evans invites each and everyone to bring their own. The circle E is set up to cater to family reunions, class reunions, weddings, Christmas parties, and just plain old romantic getaways. What’s your preference?
Four cabins and 200 campsites lay on the grounds, but it is the Hitchin' Post with its 6800 square foot log cabin where grub can be found. The heated and air conditioned Post seats 200-250 people and features all of the ambiance of dude ranch living, such as cowboys and cowgirls washrooms. Sports lovers don’t have to leave the games behind for the Hitchin' Post offers 2 plasma TV's for watching any sport event. Of course, that good old country cooking is an option between plays. Available for rental and catered parties, the Hitcin Post is a place for all seasons and reasons
OHV riding has a place on the land, and many are in to that pursuit with the gusto, even though the Circle E's rules may be too restrictive. Circle E Guest Ranch provides organized and scheduled events for all activities to fit group or individual needs year round, and every holiday in the year can find an event set up for its celebration.
