You all need a day away from our normal busy routine. This is an ideal choice for families, giving them the opportunity to see the native wildlife of Charleston. This tour of Charleston by paddleboard is a two-hour tour, guided by an informative, professional, and friendly guide.
You will enjoy a 360-degree view by way of your stand up paddle. This is a great adventure and bonding experience for all families and gives everybody an interrogating workout at the same time. This is a great way for your family to get familiar with Charleston and the surrounding environment!
While on this tour, enjoy the historical sites of Fort Sumter, famous for its two battles of the American Civil War. You will also see Fort Moultrie and Castle Pinckney that was part of the defensive positions in the harbor. Continue on with your view of the Charleston Battery and Ravenel Bridge, a cable bridge that goes over the Cooper River in Charleston.
Your pickup and return will be at the Charleston Paddleboard Company. The exact meeting location can vary according to the tide. Your exact meeting spot will be provided immediately upon purchase.
For the price of admission, you will receive a local person who will be your guide, the rental of your stand up paddleboard, for your protection a life jacket, leash, and any other needed SUP necessities. This is set up to be in small groups only. In this tour, you will benefit from a panoramic view of Fort Sumter, Fort Moultrie, Castle Pinkney, Charleston and Ravanel Bridge. This stands up paddleboard excursion works well with paddleboarders just starting out, as well as the skilled stand-up paddleboarder.
Your confirmation will be received at the time of booking. Dress code is casual dress. There is a minimum number required for each tour. If there are not enough participants to meet requirements, participants can be offered an alternative date or a full refund. This tour is subject to favorable weather conditions.
