This tour features a small group format that allows for personalized time with your tour guide. There is no better tour in the city that gives you all of the popular highlights on one itinerary.

Other tours take place on double-decker buses, and you stop off and explore biggest attractions on your own. With this tour, however, you are given a chance to pop into every location on the itinerary and receive an actual talk about the importance of the location and how it has impacted the city, state, and nation. This format means you get to experience all of the best Austin has to offer in a short period of time.

The tour starts at the Austin Visitors Center and lasts two hours. You will need to bring your own car seat if your child requires one. All children under 90 pounds will need a vehicle seat. You will see sights such as the inside of the State capital building, the famous graffiti park, some of the most popular food trucks in the city, and even the world famous “Greetings From Austin” postcard mural. You will learn about a wide range of subjects such as food, music, art, culture, history, government and politics, and of course those unique things that help locals “Keep Austin Weird”.

Bottled water and guide are provided as is the tour bus transportation. If you require car seat you must bring your own and you must install it yourself prior to the start of the tour. Sitting on laps IS NOT allowed. You must arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of the tour to check in.

Your tour of Austin begins at the visitor center, where you'll meet your guide, who takes you on an exploration of the city.

Unlike double-decker bus tours where you are dropped off at the biggest attractions to sightsee on your own, this tour introduces you to several locations that you'll pop into for a few minutes each, learning about them from your guide, whose in-the-know commentary provides more insight than you could get elsewhere. As you go, cross of items from your bucket list, including the inside of the Capitol and the graffiti park. Take a photo in front of the Austin postcard, and enjoy a sweet treat at the food trucks.

You'll learn about art, music, culture, food, history, parks, famous residents, and how the locals 'Keep Austin Weird.' By the end of your tour, there is no doubt that you will know why people love Austin. Come as strangers, leave as friends.
