In addition to providing these products to customers, we also maintain an extensive database of travel information to assist our customers in their research and planning process. Essentially, we provide support through every aspect of a customer's experience - as the customer researches, books, and experiences the vacation. We also provide follow-up services, and encourage our customers to share their experiences with others through our Website.
Working with Vacations Made Easy as a Vendor: What to Expect
Our company staffs a full-time Development team dedicated solely to working directly with vendors who directly offer the products we serve to customers. Each vendor is assigned to a Development Specialist, who will provide all of the support to the vendor. Your Development Specialist will answer any questions you may have, and will ensure that your product is being targeted toward the markets best suited to your products. In addition, we have a staff of experienced copywriters in place to provide copy for marketing your product.
