Day 1: Arrive Montreal, Quebec
You'll begin your journey in Montreal. With its European feel, delicious cuisine, and fashionable residents, you'll be impressed by this city. You'll be staying at the Fairmont Queen Elizabeth while you tour here.
Day 2: Montreal
A tour of this city will highlight St. Joseph's Oratory, Notre Dame Cathedral, McGill University, and Jacques Cartier Square. It will conclude with a stop on Mount Royal where you can enjoy a panoramic view of the metropolis. You'll then have free-time to explore the locality, looking at arts and crafts in the stylish Bonaventure marketplace. You'll then have a scrumptious dinner at a famous restaurant in Montreal. After dinner, you'll be taken to the show "And Then There Was Light" at Notre Dame Cathedral. This multimedia light show brings the architectural and spiritual history of this Neo-Gothic cathedral to life.
Day 3: Montreal - Charlevoix
Today, you'll be traveling through northern Quebec on your way to Charlevoix. En route, you view the highest waterfalls in east Canada, Montmorency Falls, as well as walk the grounds of the beautiful St. Anne de Beaupre shrine. You'll then head to the museum of honey, the Musee de l'abeille, where you'll learn all about the art of beekeeping and gathering honey from ancient methods to present techniques. You'll be able to see bees at work in their hives, as well as taste a sample of mead. You'll then continue on your journey passing valleys, mountains, and the St. Lawrence River. You'll be arriving in Charlevoix in the evening and checking into Fairmont Le Manoir Richelieu where you'll be staying for the next two nights.
Day 4: Charlevoix

You'll begin at the Parliament Building and ends at Palace Royale. You'll then be checking into the world-renowned Fairmont Château Frontenac for a two night stay. You'll be able to overlook the St. Lawrence River as well as Old Quebec from your position in this manor above the bluff.
Day 6: Quebec City
Breakfast will be in the Quebec countryside at a sugar shack. You'll be able to learn about the traditions of producing maple syrup and sample the many unique foods that use it as an ingredient. A favorite regional treat is maple taffy in the snow. You'll then have free time to explore the city.
