Day 1: Scottsdale, AZ - Tour Begins
Begin your tour from the city of Scottsdale and visit the Wild West atmosphere of the city’s old town district.

Day 2: Scottsdale - Phoenix - Scottsdale
Enjoy a guided tour of Phoenix that will include Paradise valley, Camelback Mountain and the city’s downtown area. Observe a Native American jewelry making demonstration. In the evening, enjoy a “Great Chili Cook-Off” welcome dinner at the Pinnacle Peak Patio. Not only will you get to eat some delicious chili, but you and your traveling companions will also be part of a chili cooking team involved in the cook-off!

Day 3: Scottsdale - Jerome - Clarkdale - Sedona
Visit Jerome, Arizona, a former mining town that is now the nation’s largest ghost town. Next, take a ride along the upper Verde River on the Verde Canyon Railroad. Pass over trestles and through a 680 foot tunnel as you traverse towering cliffs and deep canyons. In the evening, arrive in beautiful Sedona and marvel at the area’s fabulous scenery.

Day 4: Sedona
Start the day off learning about the history and contemporary culture of Arizona’s Native Americans by enjoying a chat with a local Native American. Then enjoy a trolley tour of Sedona where you can see Gallery Row, the Chapel of the Holy Cross and other local points of interest. Enjoy the evening at your leisure.

Day 5: Sedona - Grand Canyon - Sedona
Today, visit the spectacular Grand Canyon, one of the most beautiful and most photographed natural features in the world. Take a historic train from Williams, Arizona to the canyon. The train ride will be enhanced by strolling musicians and western characters who will try to make the train travel seem as authentically 19th century as possible. View the Grand Canyon’s magnificent South Rim before enjoying dinner and live entertainment at Black Bart’s Saloon.

Day 6: Sedona
Spend the entire day exploring Sedona at your leisure. Eat at Southwestern style restaurants, shop for arts and crafts, or just bask in the glow of Arizona sunshine and scenery beneath the red rocks of Sedona. Enjoy a farewell dinner of traditional Western food and live entertainment at the Blazin’ M Ranch.

Day 7: Sedona - Tour Ends
Your Sedona discovery tour ends, but the beauty and culture of Sedona will be forever etched in your memory. Chat face to face with a Native American who will teach you about the history and culture of the Sedona area. Travel aboard a historic train complete with Western characters and singers on board. Visit Camelback Mountain, Old Town Scottsdale, and many other Phoenix area attractions. Come see the beauty and culture that awaits in Northern Arizona!
