My friend served in the armed force where he sustained an injury and has to have the help of a cane to get around. He has always wanted to see Washington D. C. since he got out of service in the late 60s, especially all the monuments and the wall of veterans.

He is 61 years of age and he has this as one of his hopes before he passes.
