I told my dad the good news and the first thing out of his mouth was that I better start saving. I took it as he was kidding because he has been asking me for the last two years when Jeramy and I were going to finally get married. I jokingly said "you know that father of the bride is suppose to pay for a wedding" he immediately spit off that he didn't have the time or money for that. He said that he already has done his job by feeding me for too many years. So now he has verified that I don't have any family what so ever to enjoy this happy moment. I'm now in the middle of planning my wedding that I've been dreaming of for ever since I can remember. I have now accepted that I'm going to have to settle to what we can afford. I know that all that matters is the two of us but we all like to dream. Now, to the honeymoon, we are not going to be able to go on one. We just don't have the money and it is almost to the point that we might not be able to swing a small ceremony. I do work very hard. I work a 40 hr a week job and a 20 hrs weekend job and I'm a ¾ time college student to be a paramedic. My fiancée also works a full time job and tries to pick up as much overtime as possible. I believe that we deserve a vacation (honeymoon) that we will never be able to have. Thank you for anything that you may be able to do. Amanda Carr |

I do silk wedding flowers and have helped in several weddings. If this Ms. Carr would like to contact me maybe I could help with her flowers. I wouldn't charge anything for making them. At least maybe I could give her a special bridal bouquet.
