For Skyler
She was sick alot and at 9 months she was diagnosed with cystic fibrosis, which at this point there is no cure for. Skyler is an incredibaly happy child even though she has up to 3 hours of therapy a day as well as a stack of medication she takes and her doctor's appointments. Cystic Fibrosis is a progressive disease, and we have to live with the fact that this may be the healthiest she will ever be. We are a family of 4 and have lot's of medical bills and would love to be able to take our daughter to a warm place - we live in Canada. I hesitated to write this because I know that there are so many deserving people, but I really feel Skyler deserves a break and a taste of a carefree holiday while she still can, thanks. |
