I totally believe this family needs and deserves this vacation. The children and parents would be so blessed to win. The parents make many sacrifices joyfully and ask for nothing in return. They are loved and respected by all who know them. They made the decision for Kevin to stay home when they realized how much the children needed a dad's presence and influence in their life. He is a round the clock dad that all five can count on.

This family goes to our church. My husband and I have worked with their children for over 5 years now. I have loved to see all of them grow up, and I would loved to see them all take a trip together somewhere beautiful together!

After Hurricanes Katrina and Rita we needed a new shingles for our house. This is a lot of hard work because the old ones had to be removed. Kevin and two of his sons helped my husband (who is handicapped)and our two sons strip the roof and replace the shingles. They asked for nothing in return. He and his sons also helped others with their roofs and in cleaning up debris around their homes. He is always willing to help others in any way he can without ever expecting anything in return. If any family deserves a care free vacation, it is this one.

Robin is one of my older sisters and yes I believe they do deserve this vacation. Robin & Kevin are great parents to these five!! The children are great kids, such a joy and I am glad the good Lord above has brought these children & loving parents together!!! I hope this family wins the vacation!!!!!

Robin and Kevin have given their lives to God. Because of that God has blessed them with these 5 children. There are many sacrifices one has to make when you have 5 children, however they would not trade it for anything in the world! They are God's hands, eyes, feet and voice. A vacation for the entire family would be an incredible blessing/gift to all of the family! I know how it is because my mom and dad had 5 children of their own and vacations were very few do to the expense. This family is very deserving to win a vacation!

Hey, Twoey,
I voted for you, and your family, because, it sounds like you all deserve to get away from all this CHAOS. I know that I wish I could, as well. I hope you all win something special, because, as nice as you are, you certainly deserve it.
Love,
Jeff

This loving and devoted couple always puts God and family above all else while at the same time never loosing sight that God has blessed them so they are constantly giving back to the community. Shortly after helping to hand out supplies to Katrina victims, Kevin was asked to help out in a conference at our church. He blessed us by once again tirelessly giving of himself. Kevin, Robin, and this precious family is deserving and in much need of an unforgettable vacation experience.

I would love to see that the Servat family would have the oppertunity to get away and re-charge the battery! They deserve it with the responsibilty of raising 5 kids who all have had a hard start, but they were willing to accept what God has given them with no questions or demands.

I also would love to see the Servat's go on a great vacation. On the outside, they seem to be the average American family, with the exception that they are rainbows. They are gifts from God, all of them. Robin, with her bubbly personality, and Kevin, with his can do, will help spirit, makes me wonder why there are not more families like this one. The world would certainly be different. The kids are just great too. They are taught community activism by the examples set by their parents and they participate as much as possible. Robin uses her skill to help her church and community, and Kevin helps with his strength of body and soul. It makes me believe that this is truly one of those families that deserve some recognition. I know, personally, that Kevin helped gut a house in St. Bernard Parish. If you fail to understand what that entails...(8 inches of mud to be haul out, bearing walls to studs, hauling ruined furniture to the streets, consoling the owner who has just lost everything in this world). It is a task most people in this world can not comprehend nor ask to participate in. The Servats are certainly deserving of this. Their's is not a story of personal loss or illness, but of mountains that are climbed. They are a great family
