Robert Ripley explored the world for over 40 years looking for the most amazing and weird things. Mr. Ripley travels the world that would equal the distance of circling the world 18 times. He then created cartoons called, "Believe It or Not" which became a best seller. He then became a regular cartoonist for Hearst Newspaper. Ripley then opened museum to showcase his findings across the country and it has made an impression on hundreds of visitors each year.
The Ripley's Believe It or Not museum in Wisconsin Dells features eight galleries, two floors, illusions and effects, and explore "King Tut and His Curse". This location will sure add a special touch to your visit to Wisconsin Dells. Tickets are $11.95 for adults and children who are 5-12 years of age receive a discount and will be charged $9.95. Children younger than 5 are free. The museum is open daily from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm. From Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day weekend the museum will be opem from 9:00 am to 11:00 pm. The hours change for March, September and October and is open 10:00 am to 6:00 pm.
