The Moose Jaw Brew Pub is located at 110 Wisconsin Dells Parkway South in Wisconsin Dells. The pub has been locally owned and operated since 2002 by Moosejaw Pizza and Brewing Company. This brewery is the only microbrewery in Wisconsin Dells and is the largest brewpub in the Midwest. The restaurant is open from 11:00 AM — 10:30 PM Sunday-Thursday, 11:00 AM — 11:00 PM Friday — Saturday. The bar is open a little later closing at 2:00 AM everyday.
This microbrewery is a 15 copper clad barrel brewhouse and sells 10 different micro brews. This microbrewery makes 500-1000 gallons of beer a day. Jamie Martin who is the brewmaster for Moosejaw Pizza and Brewing Company is working on producing some seasonal flavored beers to expand their variety.
The restaurant offers the best in comfort food of the Midwest. The atmosphere is that of the Northwoods rustic feel that you get from being in the Midwest. This location also has rooms to host events and parties.
Their Rathskeller Room will hold up to 200 guests, the Brewery room will up to 50 and the Fireplace Room is just the right size to comfortably serve 20 people.
