Let your pooch cut loose in a large fenced in area with other dogs its size in Waller Mill Dog Park. It's approximately 1.5 acres and is split into two seperate areas. One side of the park is for small dogs that are 20 pounds or less, and the other side is for dogs 20 pounds or larger. This is to make sure that the little dogs aren't getting trampled by dogs 10 times its size. Dogs can run freely here, but it is fenced in, so Spot is kept safe.
Prior registration is needed at the park before visitors can gain access, and owners/handlers must agree to all the dog park rules. There is a fee for an access pass, but it's not much. There are other papers and things you'll need to bring with you if you'd like to see your dog running free in the park, so contact the park before you begin traveling, to be sure you have all the necessary information.
