The Whitehall Restaurant in Williamsburg, VA offers an elegant dining experience as it is the only authentic European Fine Dining Restaurant in the area. It has received five star ratings for its delicious food and atmosphere as well as the extensive wine list that is offered. The Whitehall Restaurant dates back to the 19th century. In the 1920's it was used for a gun and weapons museum. Purchased by Karin and Roy Moor in 1997, they modeled the restaurant after some of their favorite restaurants in Europe.
They strive to provide an "old world" feel with an elegant Palladian atmosphere which includes many fine antiques and mahogany chairs. Delectable entrées include Rack of Lamb, Vitello Saltimbocca and Chateaubriand. This great restaurant is open for dinner.
