Treat the kids to a day on a working farm, for free, at Bluebird Gap Farm in Hampton, Virginia, located approximately 30 miles southeast of Williamsburg. The animals they'll see include cows, horses, sheep, goats, bobcats, mountain lions, and other domesticated and wild animals. Bluebird Gap Farm is open Wednesday through Sunday, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. They are closed on Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day. Admission is free, so bring as many people as you like.
