We had a handicap room which we didn't need and it only had one chair to sit in to play cards - asked for another but it was never delivered. Otherwise the rest of the accomodations were very good - service as well.

This hotel was very clean and the suite was great. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only down fall with this hotel was that it did not have continental breakfest,but a quick trip to Wal-mart and the frige and micro wave in the room made you not need it. I would highly recommend this hotel and would return anytime that I am in the area.

Very nice hotel. The desk staff was excellent at providing service, especially the manager who repaired my eyeglasses when the frame broke. He really went above and beyond the call of duty! I'll definitely stay at HIlton again.

The room was nice and we were lucky to get on first floor with a nice sized patio. It was amazingly quiet and peaceful there. Easy access to Colonial Williamsburg and other attractions. Upon first arrival, the TV remote didn't work and the closet doors were off the tracks. Both issues were resolved immediately. Staff was polite and helpful. Dinner was very good. Although some aspects may require modernization, the 'price is right' and we plan to return.

Everyone was very professional, caring, very efficient. I would recomend to everyone. This place is 1000 times better than Disney. My only sugestion would be for all handicap rooms to have wheel-in showers. They only had a couple and none were available for us. We had a wheelchair person with us who cant bend her legs and has No balance. The tub shower was not an option for her. However the staff all went out of their way to try and find something for us but were unable too. Due to their kindness we stayed anyway and gave her lots of sponge baths and washed her hair in the sink. Oh well it worked.

Housekeeping staff had to use lobby elevators to get to the other floors. Very unprofressional. Also had kids running everywhere from school organized trips. If we had known ahead of time we would have gone elsewhere.

Embassy Suites response to our problem was excellent. There were no Non-Smoking rooms left when we arrived. The Front Desk spent an hour working for us, trying to arrive at a solution, granting us a Non-Smoking King room.
