The Microtel Inn of Newport News is located right off of the interstate and features great access to the corporate businesses of the area. The Newport News/Williamsburg Airport (PHF) is just a short drive away, and the Christopher Newport University is about a five mile drive. You can shop at the Patrick Henry Mall or drive over to Jamestown or Yorktown, about thirty minutes away each. Each room is decorated with large beds and wooden furnishings. To distinguish them from the average hotel room, a large mirror stretching from one end of the room to the other hangs over the beds and give a feeling of extra space.
