Archipelago: Portraits of Life in the Northwestern Hawaiian Islands

Be transported to the Hawaiian Islands without even going there by visiting the Archipelago: Portraits of Life in the Northwestern Hawaiian Islands exhibit now being show at the Mariner's Museum in Newport News, VA.

This is an exhibit that focuses on the many different kids of marine and terrestrial life found underwater in the Northwestern Hawaiian Islands area. There are over sixty photographs that show gorgeous images of underwater life along with some animals that are found above water as well including may rare plants and animals that you may never get a chance to see anywhere else. The photographers behind this exhibit are David Littschawger and Susan Middleton who are both fine art photographers and also award winning environmentalists. A moving thing to see that is ideal for the whole family to attend because of its educational value, do not miss out on this exhibit that is great for seeing on a day trip to the area.
