Located at 525 Fort Street in Victoria, The Temple Restaurant certainly features many dishes that call to mind the Pacific Northwest and its wonderful history.  As a matter of fact, many local items are used in the menu, along with what the restaurant proudly advertises as "free-range" meat and poultry.  But the design of the interior and attention by staff are nothing short of modern restaurant service at its best.  The Temple Restaurant is careful to change menu items with the seasons to make sure that the best of fresh ingredients are always used.

Some of the daily specials and events featured at The Temple are: 50 percent off certain wines on Monday; two small plate entrees for the price of one — from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Tuesday.
