Girls' 21 female-voice choir

The Girls? 21 45-voice women?s auditioned choir from Cherry Creek High School, Englewood, Colorado will perform at St. Andrew?s Presbyterian Church, Victoria, corners of Broughton and Douglas St. on 29 March at 7 PM. Admission by donation. Proceeds to the Upper Room for their work with those in need in Victoria. The choir has been invited to perform at the National Choral Directors Association conferences in 1997 and 1989, and have performed at numerous state and regional ACDA conferences. They participated in the Harvard University Invitational Festival of Women's Choruses and have toured nationally to Washington D.C., San Diego, Carmel, Monterey, San Francisco, Savannah, Charleston, and Seattle. In 1999, Girls' 21 performed with the National Youth Choir Festival under the direction of Dr. Andre Thomas in Carnegie Hall as well as being the featured womens' choir in a solo performance. Internationally, the choir has performed in England, Scotland, Switzerland, France and Australia.
