The Roedde House Museum in Barclay Square is a Victorian home from the late Victorian period. This restored home is open to the public for tours and educational purposes. This museum provides a view of history and a chance to learn about the way of life for residents of Vancouver in the Victorian period. The house is located in the Lower West End of Vancouver.
School groups can visit this Roedde House Museum and learn about the history, architecture and other key figures of the time period when they take their tour. Children will also be able to learn the 1900's Canadian social history by visiting the museum. The museum is flexible but teachers will need to call to book the tour and informational sessions.

The Roedde Museum is open from Wednesday to Friday 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM. Sunday Tea and Tours are available from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM unless there is a long weekend due to a holiday. Admission for the museum is $5.00 for weekdays (Wednesday through Friday) and $6.00 for the Sunday Tea and Tour. The Sunday admission includes price for tea and cookies while at the museum. The Roedde Museum or Roedde House is found in Barclay Heritage Square. In the area, you can also visit some of the other historical homes from the early and late 1900s.
