The Westminster Club is the place to be in Vancouver. Not only can you have lunch with the stunning panorama of the Vancouver horizon right next to you, you can also sink into one of the plush chairs and be soothed by the old mahogany wood at the James Strath Lounge.
Finalists for the Menu Contest held at the upscale Westminster were able to showcase their recipes and give out samples for the judges to try. Original recipes took the cake, so to speak, and the judges were able to come up with the deserving Menu Contest at the Westminster Club Winner. Not only were the dishes very aptly named, they all looked very good, very appetizingly simple yet delicious. Most importantly, all the contest rules were rigidly followed and adhered to.
