If you are looking for something special and fun to do with your children then the Tucson's Children's Museum is it. The Tucson Children's Museum is the only children's museum in Southern Arizona and it features interactive exhibits, hands on activities and special events.
Some of the special events the museum offers is Paper Flower Making, Friday Family Night, Free Admission Day, Dia De Los Muertos Festival, Day of the Dead Workshops, Surrealist Art Collage Party, Target Tykes Time,Decorate TCM with World Art, Little Knights in Armor, Make Indian Clay Lamps, Festival of Friendship:Diwali, The Nutcracker Comes to TCM, Make a Krathong Boat, and Be a Bug. These events include dressing up in costumes, making crafts and watching films. Some of these special events are included in the admission price of the whole museum.

The museum is open from Tuesday to Sunday 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Sundays 12:00 Noon to 5:00 PM. The museum is closed on Mondays while school is in session. From Memorial Day through the middle of August, the museum is open everyday. The museum is closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas. The admission is $7.00 for adults, $5.00 for children 2-18, $5.00 for seniors and children under 2 years of age are free.
