A towering jade-colored structure, Toronto's National Trade Center is the largest convention venue in Canada- encompassing a little over a million square feet.
Located at 100 Prince's Boulevard, this building is hard to miss. After all, who could really miss a colossal, mostly green building?
The National Trade Center, far less impressive from a distance, is almost reminiscent of the fictional Emerald City of Oz when viewed up close, especially when the sunlight hits it's many glass panels, giving this building a fantastical appearance.
Many trade shows and exhibits are held here each year, and with as much room as it offers, they certainly get enough visitors; however, since crowds are guaranteed, parents are strongly urged to monitor their children closely.
It's free to visit the Trade Center, but it should be noted that if there is an event being held there, the organization being hosted likely will charge for entry.
