Located in Toronto, Canada, Metro Hall isn't a hall at all but a surprisingly attractive municipal building.
During it's relatively short life span, this building has faced it's share of controversial decisions, and then some. Almost ten years ago, it was even used as a homeless shelter!
Now, talks are being had of making this building for rent, while it's former council chambers are now being converted into a 3-1-1 call center, which is Canada's non-emergency number.
While not particularly interesting on the inside, Metro Hall certainly is appealing on the outside. Any vacation through Toronto should include passing by, at least for a quick gander of this uniquely blue and almost lavender structure.
