Zoo Run Run at Lowry Park Zoo in Tampa, FL
Top-ranked in family fun, Tampa's Lowry Park Zoo gears up for it's annual Zoo Run Run, a 5K race meandering through the Zoo. A special Fun Run for the kids follows the 5K.
Situated on 56 acres of natural habitats, Tampa's Lowry Park Zoo contains seven primary exhibiting areas. Among these are world animal themes of Safari Africa, Wallaroo Station and the Asian Domain.
Lowry Park Zoo is home to more than 2,000 animals from Florida and similar environments, and the zoo's Native Florida Wildlife Center and manatee hospital showcases these native species.
