You were able to explore several different water-based ecosystems; for example, the Wetlands allowed you to see life that is native to America, like the River Otter, living and playing in an enviroment designed to resemble the animal's natural habitat. There are also touch pools spread throughout the Aquarium where the children could reach in and feel exotic animals; there were also aquatic animal models to be climbed all over like jungle gyms. The visit to the Florida Aquarium was a treat for the whole group on this particular vacation!
