Recognized as the #1 family-friendly zoo in the United States by Child magazine, Tampa's Lowry Park Zoo features 2,000 animals on 56 acres of lush, natural habitats. The zoo is comprised of seven main exhibit areas: Asian Gardens, Primate World, Free-Flight Aviaries, Florida Boardwalk, Florida Manatee & Aquatic Center, Wallaroo Station children's zoo, and the Safari Africa.

The zoo also features family-friendly rides, live shows, and other attractions. Animals you will encounter at the zoo include African penguins, white tigers, leopards, kangaroos, elephants, zebras, cheetahs, giraffes, meerkats, rhinos, orangutans, chimpanzees, and many, many more!

• Price includes admission to the zoo.
• The zoo is open from 9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. everyday except Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.
• Several restaurants and snack vendors are located at the zoo.
• Casual attire and comfortable walking shoes are recommended.
• Cameras are welcome and encouraged.
