About the Dinner & Dance Cruise

On this cruise, you'll enjoy a scrumptious sit-down dinner at your individually reserved table. You'll be able to choose from a variety of entrees and your choice will be made fresh to order right on the ship. Before and after dinner you'll have the pleasure of exploring the ship's decks and dancing to the songs performed by the live entertainment. Cocktails are available for purchase from the service bars.

About the Two Hour Lunch Cruise

Take a leisurely cruise along Florida's beautiful inland waters. Listen to an informative narration covering the history of the area and present-day sights of interest. Keep a sharp look out, since dolphins are a common sight on this cruise.

Lunch Menu

Your choice of entrees include:

Shrimp Creole:  Starlite's version of the New Orleans classic, with blue water shrimp and fresh vegetables in a tomato creole sauce, served over rice.

Beef Kabob:  An assortment of marinated beef and fresh vegetables grilled on a skewer and served on a bed of white rice.

Chicken Cordon Bleu:  Tender chicken breast stuffed with ham and swiss cheese, topped with a white cream sauce.

Beef Burgundy:  Tender pieces of beef tenderloin, mushrooms, and onions in a burgundy wine sauce, served on a bed of white rice.

Fresh from the Wharf:  Today's selection, fresh from the seafood market.  Served with wild rice.

Grilled Chicken Salad:  Tender strips of lightly seasoned grilled chicken breast served over a bed of salad and garnished with hard boiled egg and tomato.  Topped with swiss cheese.

Dinner Menu

Dinners come with a tossed salad, chef selection of vegetables, and bread.

Your choice of entrees include:

Pastas:  With creamy alfredo or zesty tomato and fresh basil sauces, you may also choose to combine your pasta with Broiled Sea Scallops, Grilled Chicken Breast, Succulent Steamed Shrimp, or a combination of Shrimp and Scallops.

Filet Mignon:  A tender cut, from corn-fed Iowa beef, grilled to your specifications, and served with Sauce Bernaise.  Served with oven roasted potatoes.

Starlite Shrimp Veloute:  Gulf shrimp on a bed of crabmeat stuffing topped with a rich lobster-based cream sauce.  Served with wild rice.

Surf and Turf:  Petite filet mignon with a perigourdine and mushroom sauce, complimented with Starlite Shrimp Veloute.  Served with wild rice.

Fresh from the Wharf:  A selection from the seafood market. 

Key Lime Chicken:  Marinated with fresh flavors of key lime and ginger.

Chicken Marsala:  Tender chicken breast braised in a Marsala wine and mushroom sauce.  Served with wild rice.

Vegetarian Harvest:  A presentation of fresh, seasonal vegetables, selected and prepared by the chef.
