The Edward Jones Dome is St Louis is home to big events. Part of the America's Center campus of exhibit halls and convention centers, the Dome was built in 1995, in part to become the home of the St. Louis Rams of the National Football League.
The Dome has been host to several other events. The Big 12 Conference Football Championships, the NCAA Men's Basketball Regionals, the Saint Louis University vs. University of Illinois Men's Basketball Classic, the Budweiser Gateway Football Classic, A regular AMA Supercross motorcycle race, a U2 Concert, and several annual state high school football games have used the state-of-the-art facility to enhance their event. The largest indoor crowd to ever gather in the United States met in the Dome on January 27, 1999 for Mass with the late Pope John Paul II. Come check out the Dome!
