When not populated by thousands of tourists, Port Isabel is a relatively small town that offers gorgeous beaches, great fishing, and sightseeing.
Museums in the area include Point Isabel Lighthouse, Treasures of the Gulf, and Port Isabel Historic Museum. These sites tell the location's story, and should be the first stop of any interested visitor.
