Terrible, the rooms were dirty, a frog came in from under the door (i know that's how it got in because that is how it got back out), and jumped on my while i was laying in bed. The front desk clerk (nish) told me that he was not in control of the frogs, he had never had a complaint like this in 10 years, and that if i did not want frogs in my room then i should not leave the door open. I informed him that i only opened the door to enter the room, and that i watched the frog go out underneath the door. Nish responded by offering me a hand towel to put under the door and said it could not have come in from there. We packed our bags and checked into another hotel. After checking in, we checked out of the comfort inn, a new clerk was at the front desk. We informed him of the previous experience and requested to be checked out and the remainder of our stay cancelled. He politely did so but did not provide me with a receipt. I requested one and he informaed me that he could not print one until the following morning, at this point i requested all of his contact information and that he sign a letter stating what time i checked out, and voila, magically he was then able to print that receipt.
