Located at the corner of Baker and Beach streets, not too far from the
Golden Gate Bridge, the building has a memorable golden glow mirrored in the adjacent lagoon, a mere precursor to the gems inside.
Walk between its ornate, free-standing columns, underneath the towering dome, and down the long corridors to instantly enter an ancient world where such constructions remind us of our frailty and small stature.
