Travis Park and part of its surrounding area was once part of the upper farmlands of Mission San Antonio de Valero (today known as The Alamo) in San Antonio, Texas.
On approximately 2.6 acres of land, Travis Park is a four-corner park that features a statue in the middle of the park and several park benches throughout the park.
The park does NOT have:
- off-street parking
- bathrooms
- gazebo
- pavilion
Although the park once featured a bandstand where concerts were held, the bandstand has been removed due to its cost to repair.
