The Texas Highway Patrol Museum is intended to raise awareness for safety issues, as well as educate children, in an interesting and fun way. This museum stands as a tribute to those brave men and women who have fought and died in the line of duty. Many of them die needlessly, in an attempt to keep our neighborhoods safe, and the exhibits here stand as a memorial to them.
The Texas Highway Patrol Museum is open Tuesday through Saturday 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Admission is donation based, but they do request you donate at least a couple of dollars to keep their operation going.
