An existing nationwide footprint of 140+ hotels will be transformed to Hyatt Place hotels within the next 24 months. The innovative design of Hyatt Place sets a new benchmark for the Select Service industry. Hundreds of hours of research have been conducted with developers and consumers to create an exciting new hotel brand with a cost-per-key that is competitive with other major brands in the upscale Select Service category. Near the South Texas Medical Center and Six Flags Fiesta Texas and eight miles northwest of historic downtown San Antonio. Located off Interstate 10 on San Antonio`s northwest side, the Hotel is centrally located near the South Texas Medical Center, La Cantera Golf Resort, Six Flags Fiesta Texas, and restaurants, business parks and shops. Additionally, the airport and the famous downtown area are just a few minutes away. Recreation: The Hyatt Place dining areas are open and welcoming, and feature a variety of seating or lounging options including The Great Room, Den, Coffee Bar and its own Guest Kitchen complete with cabinets, fresh-brew, single-serve coffee machine and an oversized community table. Every Hyatt Place hotel has meeting space, an indoor or outdoor swimming pool and a fitness center. Rooms: Hyatt Place guestrooms are spacious and comfortable with approximately 370 square feet of space and up to 20% more area than traditional hotel rooms. Three room configurations are available: King Suites, Double Queen Bed Suites and Studio Kings. Each guestroom has a separate living and sleeping area. Room features include plush Hyatt Grand Beds, a 40" flat panel hi-definition plasma television, comfortable furnishings and flexible workspaces that meet the needs of today's travelers.
