SeaWorlds Christmas Celebration At SeaWorld San Antonio

Celebrate the Christmas season as you explore interactive animal exhibits, view enlightening Christmas shows, and ride the thrilling roller coasters at SeaWorld's Christmas Celebration.

SeaWorld is a very popular destination in San Diego, even in the winter season. On select November and December weekends, the park has an incredible Christmas celebration that is an excellent option for guests who are spending the holidays in the area.

When guests enter the park, they will be greeted by a giant Christmas tree, decked with brilliant lights and fantastic decorations. If you're still looking for a picture for your Christmas card, the tree provides for the perfect photo backdrop. Then, take the kids and head over to A Sesame Street Christmas to see Cookie Monster, Elmo, and your other favorite Sesame Street characters as they try to explain to Abby Cadabby what Christmas is all about.

At Shamu Christmas Miracles, celebrate the holiday season with hope, peace, and miracles and deck the halls with Clyde and Seamore in their holiday-themed show. At the special Polar Express 4-D Experience show, you will be taken on an adventure to the North Pole as you follow along with the journey of the young boy. Celebrate one of your favorite stories from childhood in this interactive presentation.

Then, visit Shamu Claus and his friends at FantaSea and get your picture taken with the real Santa Claus at Seaside Landing. Grab some dinner at Mango Joe's Cafe and listen to some of your favorite holiday songs, performed by the talented SeaWorld's Holiday Singers.

Make sure to check out some of the exciting exhibits at SeaWorld. At Sharks/Coral Reef, watch up-close as some of nature's oldest predators swim through a four hundred and fifty thousand-gallon tank. And try to find Underwater Santa in the aquarium! Head over to Penguin Encounter, where you can watch playful penguins dive into the water and swim among the rocky cliffs. Inside the exhibit, get your picture taken with some creative snowmen at Snowman Village.

Finally, jump on some of the park's popular coasters. The Great White may not be a reference to a snowy Christmas, but the shark-themed ride will take you on an adventure through flips, loops, turns, and corkscrews at speeds reaching almost fifty miles per hour. Kids will love the Sesame Street Bay of Play, where they can find exciting rides, like Abby Cadabby's Rocking Wave and Elmo's Dolphin Dive, and interactive play areas like the Net Climb.

Then, end your SeaWorld experience where you started it, in the Entrance Plaza by the giant tree. At Reflections, purchase a SeaWorld candle to add to the ambiance of the special effects and guest sing alongs.
