New Year's Eve Twilight Party At SeaWorld San Antonio

New Year's Eve is the perfect time for a family vacation and SeaWorld San Antonio has a fantastic party that accommodates families and is appropriate for children this year. Celebrate the end of one year and the start of a next as you race down the tracks on exciting roller coasters, get splashed by Shamu when you sit in the Splash Zone, and learn more about the incredible aquatic animals in any of the park's exhibits.

Start the afternoon off right when you travel almost four thousand feet in only two minutes on Steel Eel. The ride begins with a fifteen-story drop and then takes you on a series of climbs, plunges, and bunny hops. Or, bring a little more challenge to your riding experience on the Great White. A collection of three hundred and sixty-degree flips, breathtaking loops, twisting corkscrews, and sharp curves excite your senses as you race along the tracks at almost fifty miles per hour – and with no floor underneath your feet. Kids can start their love of roller coasters when they ride the Shamu Express, a kid-sized thrill ride on the back of a killer whale.

Shamu and his SeaWorld friends join together to give visitors the experience of a lifetime at all of the park's incredible shows. One Ocean is an inspiring and educational show put on by killer whales to celebrate the life under the sea. Drench your senses in the show's vivid colors, energy, and rhythms. In a side-splitting comedy show, sea lions Clyde and Seamore turn into detectives as they try to figure out who is stealing fish from a local cannery in Cannery Row Caper. Sharks, dolphins, penguins, and seals are the stars of the park's exhibits. At Sharks/Coral Reef, you are brought up close to some of nature's oldest creatures. Watch dolphins play, twist, and swim in the water at Dolphin Cove. It may be a little chilly in Penguin Encounter, but you wouldn't think the black and white animals even noticed as they play on the rocks and dive into the freezing depths of the water. Get the chance to feed the seals and sea lions at Rocky Point Preserve, and watch their fun-loving otter friends play in the water.
