San Antonio Summer Art & Jazz Festival, which is also popularly called the SAS Fest (San Antonio Summer Festival) is annually held in San Antonio, Texas.

It is a three day event and is full of enthusiasm and music. The fest has been giving a melodious time to people for past 5 years now.

Summer season is music and jazz season in San Antonio. SAS fest holds up to 10 jazz concerts which not only enliven the audience but also fills the air with passion and music. Besides good music, SAS fest also opens an Arts & Crafts Fair and good Texas food.

During the fest, SAS also host 2 free-for-all jazz workshops which target young talents from the schools and colleges to get an exposure in jazz. These workshops were started keeping in mind the underprivileged students, who are keen in learning music, but cannot afford it. However, it is opened for all.

SAS is not just about jazz, art and entertainment but also social contribution it makes. A part of its profits goes to ABC i.e. Any Baby Can. ABC is a non profit organization which caters to the needs of children, who have serious illness or birth defects. SAS is also anchoring Children's Shelter, which looks after about 40 children, who are either abandoned or abused. SAS furnish the housing and temporary arrangements for these children.

SAS, has its missions to accomplish. Its aim is to create harmony by teaching and promoting jazz, to arrange free workshops for music lovers, to raise funds for needy children and above all to make the world a better place to live.
