The San Antonio Livestock Exposition or S.A.L.E provides scholarship funds for over 3,000 students with an interest in agriculture. The SALE which is connected with the San Antonio Stock Show and Rodeo has helped thousands of kids into college where they might otherwise have been unable to afford the expense. S.A.L.E was established in the 1950s with the goal of promoting the rodeo and the agricultural and livestock concerns of Texas.
S.A.L.E for kids is an annual event aimed at helping the community. With auctions raising money for the kids' future, this event is hailed as a much needed part of the San Antonio Stock Show And Rodeo.
