See the Working Cattle Ranch that Once Belonged to President Lyndon B. Johnson

The Hill Country Magic Tour begins as you visit the ranch of former President Lyndon B Johnson in Stonewall, Texas, continuing to take visitors through the history and magic of the Fredericksburg area. Set on the Pedernales River the "Texas White House" sets off the fabulous natural views of the region. The home is a working cattle ranch and the tour allows you to learn exactly how the ranch operates. Also at the ranch you will have the opportunity of viewing both the Texas wildflowers, a pet project of Lady Bird Johnson, and the final resting place of LBJ.

After leaving the breathtaking Johnson cattle ranch you will travel to Fredericksburg, a German community in the Texas Hill Country. This town was founded in the 1800s by determined German pioneers bent on staking their claim on the land. While in town you will be able to visit German shops and restaurants where you can enjoy delicious German cuisine. While in Fredericksburg you will have the opportunity to visit the Admiral Nimitz Museum and Historic Center though admission isn't included in your ticket. You will also be able to see the Historic Walk of the Pacific War and the Japanese Garden of Peace in Fredericksburg.
