Rose Wagner Performing Arts Center in Salt Lake City, Utah

There is a very active and vibrant cultural movement in and around Salt Lake City; given the population and the focus on entertainment it is of little wonder that such a scene has a risen. The Rose Wagner Center was developed to meet the needs of the growing entertainment district and the fresh talent of Salt Lake City.
Named for major donor; I.J. Wagner's mother; Rose, the Center is used by a variety of theatres and groups to rehearse perform, and further hone their skills. The Center is home to several smaller theatres and is also named for Mr. Wagner's family.
The Leona Wagner Black Box Theatre opened in 1997 and has played host to groups such at the Children's Ballet Theatre and several dance troops. The Jeanne Wagner has 500 seats. Gina Bachauer International Piano Foundation and the Ririe Woodbury Dance Company call this theatre home. The Studio Theatre has a maximum occupancy of 75 and provides ample rehearsal space.
The Rose Wagner Center is a great place to watch and participate in local and traveling theatre groups. The Center features state of the art equipment and enough space to accommodate any needs.
