With an average of 500 inches of snowfall every year, Snowbird provides the light powder and terrain that ski enthusiasts enjoy. Known as the most vertical resort in the state, you will find your challenge here!

About the Alta Resort
The Alta Resort has been running strong for over 66 years and offers exquisite views of the surrounding countryside. Here at Alta, skiing is the only sport permitted and snowboarding isn't allowed. But with all of the different trail types, you can truly test your ski skills on the powder.

Child Information
- At the Snowbird Resort, up to 2 children under the age of 6 ski for free (tram is not included) when accompanied by a paying adult.
- At the Alta Resort, special child rates are available upon request.
Transportation
- There is travel offered between the resorts via the chairlift.
- A parking lot shuttle is located on-site.
- The city offers a ski bus that stops by area hotels and locations.
