Just outside Quebec City, you will find the two popular ski resorts of Mont Sainte Anne and Stoneham. With a picturesque setting in the Canadian Rockies and a full range of winter recreational activities and amenities, the resorts are the perfect choice for a ski getaway. Whether you are considering a short getaway or extended vacation, these resorts are both ideal choices for your skiing destination. What's more, with close proximity to each other, it's easy to enjoy all that both of them have to offer.

From Quebec City, you will travel only 25 miles to reach the skier's paradise of Mont Sainte Anne. This large ski resort is designed to give skiers of all ability levels a great time on the slopes. Mont Sainte Anne boasts 66 trails, with 23% of the slopes labeled green (easy), 45% blue (difficult), 18% black (more difficult), and 14% double black (extreme). Seventeen of the trails are open for nighttime skiing. Mont Sainte also provides a range of other winter recreational activities. While you are visiting Mont Sainte Anne, you can spend time snowshoeing, dog sledding, paragliding, enjoying a sleigh ride, ice skating, and even snowmobiling. When it's time to rest and relax, the resort's on-site spa is the perfect place to soothe your sore muscles with a treatment or massage. With so much to see and do at the resort, you will want to save travel time on your getaway by staying in a hotel close to the resort. Both the Chateau Mont Sainte Anne and the Delta Quebec Hotel are located near the resort.

The nearby resort of Stoneham in the charming small town of Stoneham-et-Tewkesbury is smaller than Mont Sainte Anne but is filled with fabulous trails and other winter activities. This resort sits on 326 acres, and features 32 trails covering four different mountains. Extend your days on the slopes with night skiing offered on sixteen of the Stoneham trails. Like Mont Sainte Anne, Stoneham offers trails suited for every skiing ability, with 27% green (easy), 21% blue (difficult), 37% black (more difficult), and 15% double black (extreme). If you have snowboarding in mind, you will enjoy the resort's four terrain parks. Off the slopes, the resort features six restaurants, as well as a spa and a hot tub. The Condos Stoneham give you an on-site lodging option, with a ski in, ski out feature and your choice of one to four fully furnished bedrooms.

With the close proximity of these resorts and the unique skiing experience each offers, you will want to spend time at both locations for a memorable vacation. The Mont Sainte Anne and Stoneham Lift Tickets give you a convenient and affordable way to ski at both sites. These tickets give you access to the ski lifts at both resorts, and all of the trails, terrain parks, and snow parks. To make traveling easier, a daily shuttle around the resorts is available for a nominal fee. The ski lift tickets are available in one to seven consecutive day increments for both children and adults, making it easy to customize your lift tickets to suit your vacation plans.

Stoneham and Mont Sainte Anne are a "must" for a ski getaway to Quebec City!
