**At least one person of 21 years or over in every room during March & April. The remainder of the year at least one person of 18 years or over in every room. NO student groups under 21 or "Springbreakers" accepted all year round.**
**Cancellations received less than 72 hours prior to arrival for reservations in the Christmas/New Year season and in February/March will incur a 3 night penalty fee.**
