The Puerto Vallarta Tequila Tour is a way to see parts of Mexico you have never dreamt about, ranging from the lava fields of Ceboruco volcano to lush agave plantations. You will see panoramic views of the colonial city of Compostella, as well as lava fields called the Black Giant and Ceboruco Volcano, which is one of the 9 active volcanos in Mexico. Next you will be off to ruins of the pyramids to see how the ancient people built these huge structures and lived. These will be some of the things you see as we travel through the mountains on the road to the Tequila region. What Mexico calls the water of life is miles and miles of the Weber Blue Agave cactus which paves the way to the distillery area. You will be taken to the plantation so you can see how the agave is grown and harvested and also the famous La Cofradía Distillery to see how the Tequila is made and of course sample the finished product.
