Woodburn Company Stores may be worth a trip on the Outlet Express, a bus service that brings visitors from downtown Portland right to the shopping center's door. The largest tax-free outlet center in the Pacific Northwest, Woodburn is chock full of every store and product imaginable from big-name brands to unique boutiques. The store also provides group shopping tours which include a map of the center, a Preferred Shopping Card, a free meal voucher, a canvas tote bag, and incentives for future group excursions. Amenities at the site include a designated tour bus drop-off, complimentary wheelchairs and strollers, and an Oregon visitor information center.
