Built entirely by hand inside and out, the Timberline Lodge is a tribute to their talents and has become one of the biggest resort destinations in America, where visitors can enjoy skiing, snowboarding, biking, hiking, golf, river rafting, and climbing every month of the year.
The Lodge provides daily historic tours, evening family programs, and weekend nature hikes, as well as a year-long schedule of ski and snowboard events, art exhibits, and live music concerts. Several restaurants and pubs offer gourmet cuisine, casual dining, and after-ski relaxation. Not to be missed is the Magic Mile Sky Ride, which takes visitors to an elevation of seven thousand feet on a round-trip chairlift ride and offers the best views in town.
